人工智能在海洋工程地质领域的应用

    • 摘要: 人工智能算法在海洋地质研究的应用是当前的研究热点,在海洋地质调查、海洋地质灾害评价、海洋地质建模等多个方向都得到了应用。海洋工程地质调查是海洋工程地质研究的基础,调查数据的精细化、自动化处理对数据的高效挖掘和分析具有非常重要的作用。本文首先介绍了人工智能、神经网络、机器学习和深度学习的历史发展和研究现状,总结了它们之间的关系;然后概述了人工智能在海洋工程地质领域的应用,主要内容包括地球物理调查、地质取样、地质灾害评价。结果表明人工智能算法可以较好地应用于地球物理调查、地质取样、地质灾害评价等各项问题,只是目前在海洋工程地质领域应用仍然较少。最后阐述了人工智能在海洋工程地质领域的应用前景和目前存在的几种主要限制因素,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The application of artificial intelligence algorithm in marine geology is a very popular research direction at present, and it has been applied in many directions such as marine geological survey, marine geological disaster evaluation, and marine geological modeling. Marine engineering geological survey is the basis of marine engineering geological research, and the refinement and automatic processing of data has a very important role in data mining and efficiency improvement. This paper firstly introduces the historical development brief and research status of artificial intelligence, neural network, machine learning and deep learning, and summarizes the relationship among them. Then an overview of the application of artificial intelligence in the field of marine geology and engineering geology is given, which mainly includes geophysical survey, geological sampling, and geological hazard evaluation. The results show that AI algorithms can be better applied to various problems such as geophysical survey, geological sampling, and geological hazard evaluation, only that they are less applied in the field of marine engineering geology at present. Finally, the application prospects and future outlook of artificial intelligence in the field of marine engineering geology were elaborated, summarizing several major constraints that currently exist and providing suggested scientific guidance on the future development direction.
