海岸与海洋工程多种海洋环境动力要素联合设防标准研究

    Review on Joint Design Standards of Various Marine Environment Dynamic Elements in Coastal and Ocean Engineering

    • 摘要: 海岸与海洋工程建筑物遭受多种海洋环境动力要素(浪、流、潮和风等)的共同作用,由此引发的荷载的联合设防标准是海岸与海洋工程设计与建造的重要依据。本文分析了多种确定海洋动力要素联合设防标准的方法的研究进展,包括全概率方法、随机模拟法、降维法、正态变换法、多维理论分布法、Copula函数法等。重点阐述了近30 a取得的主要研究成果,分析了各种方法的特点和不足,从普适性多维最大熵模型法、多维复合分布法、结构响应的神经网络算法、防灾结构可靠度和环境等值线法确定不利荷载组合五个方面归纳了联合设防标准研究的前沿和热点问题,并对未来的研究重点和方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Coastal and offshore engineering buildings are often subjected to the simultaneous action of multiple Marine environmental dynamic elements (wave, current, tide and wind), and the joint fortification standard of load caused by this is an important basis for the design and construction of coastal and offshore engineering. Several methods are systematically summarized to determine the joint fortification standard of marine dynamic elements. The research progress includes total probability method, stochastic simulation method, dimensionality reduction method, normal transformation method, multidimensional theoretical distribution method, Copula function method. The main research results obtained in the last 30 years are emphatically expounded, and the characteristics and shortcomings of various methods are discussed and analyzed. The frontier and hot issues of joint fortification standard research are summarized from five aspects: universal multidimensional maximum entropy model, multidimensional composite distribution method, neural network algorithm of structural response, reliability of disaster prevention structure and environmental isoline method to determine adverse load combination, and prospects the future research emphases and directions.
