Abstract:
The 14th Five-Year Plan provides robust policy support for the integrated development of offshore wind power and marine ranching, which is a marine economic model with broad prospects and enormous potential. Among them, the integrated development of offshore wind power and marine ranching in Beibu Gulf urban cluster is still in the exploratory stage, especially the development of offshore wind power is relatively backward in the coastal areas of Guangxi. This article summarizes the concept of integrated development, the current status and development models of offshore wind power and marine ranching both domestically and internationally, and provides an outlook on the current situation of the integrated construction of offshore wind power and marine ranching in the Beibu Gulf based on the characteristics of its marine resources and environment. It explains the necessity and feasibility of integrating the two in construction, with the aim of providing scientific guidance and reference for the intensive development and utilization of marine resources in the Beibu Gulf.
